Bryan Kim Turner

Bryan Kim Turner is a seasoned homebuilder and general contractor with over 40 years of experience in the construction industry. After working various jobs as a teenager, his journey in the field began in 1979 when he established Bryan Kim Turner Homes, where he honed his skills as a builder and developed a reputation for quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. Over the years, Bryan's passion for construction led him to work with various companies, each contributing to his expertise and knowledge.

  • In the early 1980s, Bryan joined Yordi Construction (now Smith-Pickle), where he expanded his portfolio by taking on projects in the commercial sector. His tenure at Turner & Company from 1985 to 1992 marked a significant period of growth, as Bryan successfully managed residential and commercial construction projects while establishing himself as a respected figure in the industry.

    In 1992, Bryan, with Kate Turner, founded Turner Traditions, Inc., and, later, Straightpath Construction, Inc., where he continued to excel in residential home building, remodeling, and light commercial construction. Bryan and Kate founded Red Rock Builders in 2004. Bryan’s commitment to sustainability and green building practices is evident through his certification as an NAHB Certified Green Professional and completion of 12 homes certified to the National Green Building Standard.

    Bryan's leadership extends beyond his professional endeavors, as he has actively contributed to the growth and development of the industry. He served as the President of the Central Oklahoma Homebuilders Association (COHBA) and remains a Life Director and member of the COHBA Board of Directors. Additionally, Bryan has played key roles in various community initiatives, including chairing the City of Edmond Impact Fee Committee and serving as a consultant for the development of guidelines for the City of Edmond's E4 Program.

    Throughout his career, Bryan has remained committed to continuous learning and professional development. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management from Oklahoma State University and has attended numerous industry conferences and training sessions regarding building science and efficiency, including the NAHB Green Conference and Advanced Green Building Science courses.

    Bryan's dedication to excellence, combined with his vast experience and leadership qualities, makes him a respected figure in the construction industry. He continues to drive innovation and promote sustainable practices while leaving a lasting impact on the communities he serves.

Dillon M. Turner

Dillon M. Turner is an accomplished executive, lawyer, and entrepreneur known for his strategic acumen and dedication to making a positive impact. With a diverse background spanning legal, business, and educational sectors, Dillon brings a unique perspective to his endeavors. Holding a Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma University School of Law, Dillon graduated in May 2019 with certificates in Indian Law and International Law, and he is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association.

  • Dillon is a fourth-generation builder on both sides of his family, with a deep-rooted connection to the construction industry. Dillon spent much of his formative years on construction sites where he gained invaluable hands-on experience. He began working for Red Rock Builders, LLC in the mid-2000s, where he started by sweeping out houses and picking up waste. He then went abroad to teach English in South Korea for several years. This early exposure in construction instilled in him a passion for hands-on work in the great outdoors, and he finds it more to his liking than the confines of an office.

    Since April 2023, Dillon has served as Senior Vice President of Red Rock Builders, LLC in Edmond, OK, playing a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and success. Prior to this role, Dillon served as CEO of Helios Solar, where he leveraged his leadership skills to drive innovation in the renewable energy sector. His tenure as Assistant General Counsel at the Chickasaw Nation Department of Commerce underscores his commitment to legal advocacy, transactional legal practice, and advancing tribal interests. Dillon's multifaceted background includes experience in marketing, education, and international engagement, demonstrating his adaptability and versatility. With a keen eye for opportunity and a heart for making a difference, Dillon continues to chart a course of success while staying true to his core values of hard work and social responsibility.

Kate Turner

Kate Turner is an accomplished Administrative Professional with extensive experience in various roles within the real estate and construction industries. Over the course of her career, Kate has demonstrated expertise in contract documentation, project management, financial management, and land development activities. She possesses strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills, allowing her to excel in dynamic and fast-paced environments.

  • Throughout her career, Kate has held several significant positions, including Executive Assistant and Real Estate Manager at Neal A. McCaleb & Associates in Edmond, Oklahoma, where she has been responsible for overseeing administrative and financial operations since 1984. Additionally, Kate has served as Owner/Operator for Turner Traditions, Inc., Straightpath Construction, Inc., and now Red Rock Builders, focusing on residential home building, remodeling, and light commercial construction from 1992 to present day. Her roles have included supervising administrative operations, contract documentation, project cost analysis, budgeting, and customer communication.

    Prior to that, Katie worked as an Accounting Manager at McCaleb Highland Homes in Central Oklahoma from 1985 to 1993. She also gained experience as a Real Estate Agent at Century 21 Titan Real Estate Company from 1983 to 1984. Kate began her career in the political arena as an Office Manager and Scheduling Secretary for the McCaleb for Governor Campaign in Edmond, Oklahoma, in 1982.

    Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations and Communications from the University of Central Oklahoma, Edmond, Oklahoma, which she attained in 1981. Her technical skills include proficiency in Microsoft Suite, and QuickBooks Accounting Software. Additionally, she has been an active and reliable mother to three children she is very proud of.
